Some websites can be built within a few days depending on what the site needs to achieve, and the information required on it. In most cases, your website can be up and running within two weeks.

Some of our packages include the design of your website banner but we also provide specialist graphic design, please let us know how we can help.

If you dont have any imagery related to your business we can help with either engaging professional photographers or utilising stock imagery where appropriate.

You have complete access to your site and can edit content at any time. We can provide training on how to do this or we can make these changes for you. We offer support packages that provide you with that extra help that you might need from time to time.

Your customer data is collected and saved onto our servers as part of our hosting package.  This might include sales made on your website, newsletter subscription, and customer registration information such as name, address, contact numbers, email address, and shipping details which can be customized to suit your needs.

We have three ways to support you and your systems. You can either lodge a request using our ‘ticket’ system, call one of our representatives or email us. There are no additional charges for providing the support that is within the scope of your plan.

Your new website will have the ability to calculate shipping costs for your customers online. We can configure the shipping calculator to work on various methods eg. by Postcode, State, Flat rate and more.

Customers can make payments through your website using direct deposit or via credit card and we can advise you on our recommendations during our initial discussions.

If we host your services then yes, all your data is backed up by our servers at regular intervals as part of our hosting package.

To access support you can either log a ticket, call your site representative anytime, or email us. There are no additional charges for providing support that is within scope of your plan.

Many of our websites are created using the global WordPress website platform. This is a user-friendly system with a wide range of functionality and is easy to use and maintain.

Whether you are editing an existing website or writing fresh content for a new website, finding the right words can be tricky. Experienced copywriters have methods of being able to extract the information from you and then formulate this into words that best describe what your business offers. We work with writers and have access to photographers, iStock photography, and videographers that can further enhance the look and feel of your site.
